At DAP Creations, we are in the business of providing high-quality custom hand-painted furniture and accessories. Our energies and creativity are focused on kid's painted furniture and accessories. We have this focus becase we too are parents to young kids and understand their needs and wants.
We are always looking for ways to bring that special twinkle in the eyes of our kids. Our custom creations have been tested by our kids and we have seen their joy and excitement. We hope to bring that same joy to your kids.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
When your place an order, you will receive an order number when the ordering is completed. In addition, you will receive a confirmation receipt by email. However, certain ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and spam filters block email from unknown parties, and as a result, occasionally confirmations do not reach customers. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please emaill us for confirmation at sales@DAPCreations.com.
Additionally,since many of the purchases from our site are purchased as gifts and sent to an address other than a billing address, we do not include a receipt with purchase price on it.
CANCELLATIONS
All of our items are custom and uniquely hand-painted for you. Once an item has entered the process of being custom hand-painted, it cannot be cancelled. However, we will do what we can to satisfy you as our valued customer.
Until you receive a confirmation of cancellation in writing, you should assume the order is in our system and being processed. If your order has already shipped out please see our return policy for further instructions.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS, MISSING ITEMS
If you order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can do our very best to quickly arrange for a remedy.
RETURN POLICY
It is our goal to see that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with our service and products. We offer a 30-Day Conditional Return Policy to handle your returns. As indicated earlier, our product line is 100% custom hand-painted. Items that are personalized with name and like, cannot be returned. Items not personalized, may be returned as indicated below..
You must e-mail us within 30 days to obtain an RAN (return authorization number). Once we issue an RAN, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without any RA number may be refused and returned to sender. Credit will be applied as follows:
* actual shipping and handling charges will be higher than shipping cost charged during sale of the product. Actual shipping and handling charges are based on shipping cost incurred, transaction costs, and any other incidental costs incurred during sale of the product.
Rules & Guidelines
For your protection, please provide us with the tracking number of your package. Otherwise, if the package is lost in transit, we will be unable to track the package and unable to issue a credit.
*DAPCreations customer service reserves the right to refuse or deny any return upon final review if all previous guidelines have not been met. DAPCreations may update this return policy at any time.
IN STOCK / BACKORDERED ITEMS
DAPCreations makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and the date when backordered items will become available. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill. If you are in a hurry, please feel free to email us at sales@DAPCreations.com to check for availability.
SHIPPING
Rush Delivery - Please contact us at sales@DAPCreations.com to ensure we are able to meet your timeline.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to DAPCreations or to one of its vendors due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.
P.O. boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at present.
If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us we will have to bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by DAPCreations and any other related costs.
Hawaii, Alaska:.Please contact us at sales@DAPCreations.com before placing order so we can give you a firm shipping costs. Orders can be placed with Check/Money order payment type and we will then invoice you separately via PayPal, where you will be able to use your credit card for payment.
Puerto Rico: We regret that we are not shipping to these locations at present.
APO/FPO Addresses: We regret that we are not shipping to these locations at present.
International Shipping to Canada: Please contact us before placing the order. We can ship most items to Canada! Please note, orders shipped to Canada will be charged a minimum of $10 extra for shipping. You will also be responsible for any duties applied by the Canadian Government and/or UPS upon import into Canada. Duties and import charges will be collected by UPS at time of delivery. We will confirm the exact total cost of the product (product + shipping) before accepting the order to ensure agreement of the total cost.
Orders can be placed with Check/Money order payment type and we will then invoice you separately via PayPal, where you will be able to use your credit card for payment.
Other countries: Sorry, but due to various reasons, we are unable to ship to other countries.
